Carlson Capital Carlson Capital, L.P. is an alternative asset management firm founded in 1993 by Clint Carlson. The firm rests on three pillars: philosophy, people, and process.
PHILOSOPHY We believe that superior risk-adjusted returns can be achieved by the use of thoughtful, targeted hedging strategies and diversification, across multiple strategies and multiple decision makers. PEOPLE Our cohesive and collaborative investment team is critical to our success. This team of professionals with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and perspectives consistently applies our investment philosophy across all of our strategies. They are supported by experienced professionals in the operational and management infrastructure. We are committed to finding people who have a passion for investing. PROCESS Our process is based on a rigorous, disciplined decision-making framework. Communication, collaboration, and teamwork are all key elements.
